We work hard to keep our inventory, pricing, and vehicle details accurate and up to date. However, all listings, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice and may contain errors. A listing on this website is not a binding offer to sell. All sales are subject to final confirmation and a signed agreement with Great Choice Auto Sales.

Photos and descriptions are provided for general reference and are representative of the vehicle. They are not a guarantee of exact condition, colour, options, or equipment. We encourage you to book an appointment to view and inspect any vehicle in person before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, our vehicles are pre-owned and sold on an “as-is” basis in accordance with applicable Ontario law. Any safety certification, warranty, or additional coverage will be clearly stated in your purchase agreement. Please review all sale documents carefully before completing a purchase.

When you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

When you contact us through the site or via WhatsApp, you consent to us responding to you using the contact details you provide. Messages sent through third-party platforms are also subject to those platforms’ own terms and policies.

You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to disrupt its operation, access it in an unauthorized way, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
